Palo Santo is also known as Holy Wood and has been used in South America for centuries. Its smoke is so powerful that it has become a staple in sacred rituals, becoming an essential energy tool for Shamans and saints alike. This palo santo is collected from naturally-fallen trunks and branches from the dry forests of Ecuador, where this beloved wood is abundant in nature. Each set contains 4 sticks. The aromatherapeutic qualities of Palo Santo stem directly from its natural chemical composition.
Breu resin comes from the Almacega tree of the Amazon rainforest, also known as sacred Breu (Breuzinho or White Breu). It is used in healing rituals, to ward off dark spirits and invite good energy. Also known for possessing properties that could bring regression experiences and conscious dreams after ritualistic use. Breu’s aromatic resin is rich in alpha and beta-amyrina triterpenes, which possess anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and gastro-protective properties. 
Directions: place incense burner in a safe place out of drafts and reach of animals and children.  Hold a single stick sideways and light for 15-30 seconds before blowing out. The stick will begin smoking. Place stick’s end into burner hole and either let it burn till out or you may snuff out anytime in order to re-light and burn again another time. 
CAUTION: Srick will smolder inside and could burn if touched, even if it appears to be out completely. Take care and never leave unattended.
